Your main focus will be founder reels & personal branding content — taking raw footage and turning it into sharp, engaging, authentic short-form videos.

You’ll work on:

* Founder reels
* Hooks, pacing & storytelling
* Captions and visual cuts
* Trending short-form formats
* Creative experiments for personal branding
