• Analyseindustrytrends, companyfinancials, andmarketdatatoidentifyinvestmentopportunities

• Collaboratewithseniorbankersondealexecutionandclientmanagement

• Performduediligence, riskassessments, andreviewfinancialdocuments

• Maintainaccurateandup-to-datedatabasesofmarket, deal, andclientinformation

• Liaisewithinternalteams(research, legal, compliance)andexternalstakeholderstoensuresmoothdealflow

• Monitoreconomic, financial, andgeopoliticaldevelopmentsimpactinginvestmentdecisions

• Preparereportsontransactionprogress, riskexposure, andportfolioperformance

• Contributetostrategicinitiativesandnewbusinessdevelopmentactivities

Preferredcandidateprofile :

• MBA(Finance)or M. Com or Msconly(2022-2025 passouts)

• Strongunderstandingoffinancialstatements, corporatefinance, andvaluationtechniques(DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions)

• Excellentanalyticalandquantitativeskills

• Advancedproficiency in MSExcel, Power Point, andfinancialmodellingtools

• Excellentcommunication(written&verbal)andpresentationskills
