We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team and craft intuitive, engaging digital experiences.

What we're looking for:
✔️ 1–4 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience
✔️ Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
✔️ Experience creating wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes
✔️ Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design
✔️ Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and user-centered design practices
✔️ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Going for the Design role at QSS Technosoft? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
