📍 Location: Kolkata (On-site)
🎨 UI/UX Designer
The Role: Translate complex technical requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and user-centric interfaces.
🔹 Intern (0–1 Year)
Focus: Assisting with wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI screens under senior mentorship.
Key Responsibilities: Creating design assets, maintaining consistency with existing style guides, and prototyping.
Skills & Tools: Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout. Hands-on familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD. A basic portfolio showcasing school/personal projects is mandatory.
🔹 Junior Designer (1–3 Years)
Focus: Owning end-to-end user interfaces for specific modules and optimizing existing user journeys.
Key Responsibilities: Conducting basic user research, building component libraries/design systems, and creating responsive web and mobile designs.
Skills & Tools: Proficient in Figma, design systems, auto-layout, and interactive prototyping. Solid understanding of atomic design principles and responsive layouts. Must share an active portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, or personal site).
