Eligibility -
✅ Graduates from Designing schools/ University (Should be pass out students or final year students)
✅ Should be very creative.
✅ Willing to learn and take ownership
✅ Should be having their own artwork.
Also we are open for women interested to restart their career after a break from work.
Stipend and package - competitive.
Job location - Mumbai
Duration - 6 Months and conversion into full time role based on performance.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with engineers and product managers to gather requirements
2. Conduct analysis and research
3. Explore, Evaluate, Implement and/or Formulate design innovations
4. Use appropriate ideation methods and approaches
5. Showcase ideas, approaches, flows
6. Define user task flows and interaction models
7. Ensure implementation of consistent design language across the product(s)
8. Create prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups
9. Optimize UI/UX designs
10. Usability tests
11. Formulate feedback mechanism for re-iterations

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at uSthaan Integrated Solutions? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
