UI/UX Design Intern
We are hiring a UI/UX Design Intern at XALT
XALT is building a technology platform for alternative investments across real estate, private equity, healthcare, and other asset classes.
We are looking for a designer who wants hands-on experience working on real products and complex user workflows.
What you will do
- Design web interfaces, dashboards, and user flows.
- Work with product, technology, and compliance teams.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI in Figma.
- Contribute to our design system.
- Support landing pages, presentations, and investor collateral.
What we are looking for
- Based in Noida and available to work in-office.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX thinking.
- Working knowledge of Figma, Auto Layout, components, and prototyping.
- Understanding of B2B SaaS products and data-heavy interfaces.
- Ability to take ownership of design problems.
Experience in fintech, wealthtech, or HTML/CSS is a plus. Students, bootcamp graduates, and self-taught designers are welcome.

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at XALT? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
