UI/UX Design Intern
š We're Hiring: UI/UX Design Intern
Not looking for an ordinary internship? Neither are we.
At AgentAnalytics, this isn't a typical internship. You'll work on live AI products, own meaningful design problems, collaborate closely with leadership, and contribute to product decisions from day one. The work is fast-paced and demandingābut the learning, ownership, and exposure are equally unmatched.
Position: UI/UX Design Intern
Location: T-Hub, Hyderabad (Work from Office)
ā Duration: Internship (with potential for a full-time opportunity based on performance)
What you'll be doing:
⢠User research and competitive analysis, wireframing, user flows, and information architecture
⢠High-fidelity UI design and interactive prototyping in Figma along with building and maintaining design systems
⢠Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and leadership
⢠Designing AI-first enterprise products used by real customers
Who we're looking for
We're not looking for someone who simply wants an internship to add to their resume.
We're looking for someone who:
⢠Learns quickly and takes ownership without waiting to be told every step.
⢠Can work with speed while maintaining attention to detail.
⢠Is comfortable with feedback, rapid iterations, and ambitious timelines.
⢠Brings energy, accountability, and a strong work ethic every single day.
What you should know
This is a startup.
The pace is fast. The expectations are high. You'll work on multiple challenges, ship real features, and be expected to contribute from day one.
In return, you'll gain exposure that many internships simply can't offer. You'll work closely with experienced professionals, understand how products are built from the ground up.
If you're looking for a relaxed internship, this isn't it. If you're driven by challenges, ownership, and rapid growth, we'd love to hear from you.

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at AgentAnalytics? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story ā the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally ā it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something ā say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
