🎨 We're Hiring: UI Designer Intern

About us: Horizon Solutions builds AI-powered supply chain planning software — helping 120+ leading brands move from reactive data analysis to proactive decision-making with demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and production scheduling tools.

Horizon Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer Intern to join our team!
If you love turning ideas into clean, eye-catching visuals and enjoy working across both marketing and product design, we'd love to hear from you.
📍 Location: Wakad, Pune (Hybrid — mode of working, on-site or remote, can be discussed)

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴:
-Designing intuitive, visually engaging interfaces for Horizon's Decision Execution platform
-Creating UI layouts, components, mockups, and design assets
-Designing marketing graphics — social media posts, banners, promotional creatives, and campaign visuals
-Translating complex supply chain workflows into clear, usable screens
-Collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to refine features
-Maintaining a consistent design system, and iterating based on user feedback and data
-Staying on top of design trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
-A strong eye for visual design, layout, and typography
-Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or similar
-Someone who can juggle marketing graphics and website design work
-Self-starters who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: This internship is unpaid for the first month. Based on performance, it can be converted into a paid internship from the second month onward.
