🔹 Position Summary:
Support healthcare claims management processes for US-based insurance providers. Handle inbound calls, process claims, and ensure accurate and timely execution of tasks while maintaining high customer service and quality standards.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Process healthcare insurance claims as per guidelines
✅ Handle inbound calls from US healthcare providers
✅ Review, investigate, adjust, approve, or deny claims
✅ Ensure SLA adherence and quality standards
✅ Maintain productivity and accuracy targets
✅ Coordinate with peers, supervisors, and team members
✅ Follow attendance, punctuality, and compliance norms
✅ Continuously learn process-related skills and knowledge
✅ Maintain professional workplace behavior
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
• 10+2 Pass
• Diploma Pass Out
• Graduates (Non-Technical)
