1. Freshers (0-1 year experience)
* Qualification: MBA / PGDM / Graduate * Good communication skills * Basic understanding of Order Management / Telecom processes preferred
2. Experienced Professionals (4-5 years)
* Experience in Telecom Order Management / Quote to Order (Q20) / Order Fulfillment * Knowledge of order lifecycle, provisioning,
customer coordination, and issue resolution
* Good stakeholder management and
communication skills
Location: Noida/Banglore
Work Mode: WFO

- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
