▸ Handle incident management, root cause analysis & SLA-based escalation
▸ Support round-the-clock NOC operations and service assurance
▸ Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution
▸ Prepare operational reports, MIS & technical documentation
▸ Participate in change management and maintenance windows

👤 IDEAL CANDIDATE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
▸ 1–5 years in Telecom Network Operations, NOC, or Service Assurance
▸ Strong grip on telecom protocols & network monitoring tools
▸ Flexible to work 24x7 shifts including weekends & holidays
▸ Familiarity with HP Open View, SolarWinds, or Nagios is a plus
