• Attendandmanageinboundcallsfromclientsprofessionally.

• Handlecustomerinquiriesandprovideinformationaboutcompanyservices.

• Maintainandupdatecustomerrecordsanddatabasesaccurately.

• Preparedaily, weekly, andmonthlyreportsformanagement.

• Coordinatewithinternalteamstoensuresmoothcommunication.

• Followupwithprospectiveandexistingclientstosupportsalesactivities.

• Performdataentryandotheradministrativetasksasrequired.

Requirements:

• Goodcommandofbasic English(spokenandwritten).

• Previousexperienceinsales, telecalling, customerservice, orcallhandling.

• Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.

• Basiccomputerskills, including MSOffice, email, anddatamanagement.

• Abilitytopreparereportsandmaintainaccuraterecords.

• Organized, responsible, andabletoworkindependently.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experienceintheconstructionorrealestateindustryisanadvantage.

• Knowledge of CRMsoftwareisaplus.
