Position: Technical Recruiter (US Recruitment)
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
Cab Facility Provided

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and attract candidates through databases, social media, job portals, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using effective recruitment and selection methods.
• Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and support onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment reports and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
