Job Summary
The Technical Installati on Supervisorwillberesponsibleforplanning, supervising, andexecutingtheinstallationofsportssurfacesincluding Artificial Turf, Synthetic PURunning Tracks, Acrylic Courts, EPDMRubber Flooring, Modular Sports Flooring, andothersports
infrastructuresystems.
Therolerequiresensuringhigh-qualityworkmanship, adherencetomanufacturerspecifications, timelyprojectcompletion, efficientlabourmanagement, andpropermaintenanceofcompanymachineryandtoolswhilemaintainingthehigheststandardsofsafetyandprofessionalism.
Key Responsibilities.
1. Site Execution

Superviseinstallation of Artificial Turfsystems.
Superviseinstallation of Synthetic PURunning Tracks.
Supervise Acrylic Tennis, Basketball, Pickleball and Multi-purpose Courts.
Supervise EPDMRubber Flooring and Shock Padinstallations.
Ensureproperlinemarkingasperinternationalstandards.
Verifysitelevels, slopes, drainage, andbasepreparationbeforeinstallation.
Conductsitemeasurementsandquantityverification.
Ensureprojectsarecompletedwithinplannedtimelines.
2. Quality Control

Ensureinstallationcomplieswithmanufacturerspecificationsandprojectdrawings.
Maintainrequiredsurfacelevels, flatness, andtolerances.
Inspectadhesives, PUbinders, seamjoints, turfinfill, andfinishingquality. Minimizereworkthroughcontinuousqualityinspections.
Maintaininstallationchecklistsandqualityrecords.
3. Planning&Coordination
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, suppliers, andsubcontractors. Planmanpowerdeploymentanddailyworkschedules.
Monitorlabourproductivityandprojectprogress.
Ensuretimelyavailabilityofmaterials, machinery, andtools.
Prepareandsubm it Daily Progress Reports(DPR)withphotographs.
4. Machinery&Tools Management

Ensureproperoperation, cleaning, andmaintenanceofinstallationmachineryand
tools.

Carryoutroutineinspectionsandpreventivemaintenance.
Maintaininventoryoftools, machinery, andconsumables.
Coordinateservicingandrepairswheneverrequired.
Ensuresafetransportation, storage, andhandlingofcompanyequipment. Maintainmachineryserviceandusagerecords.
Preventloss, misuse, ordamageofcompanyassets.
5. Health&Safety
Enforce PPEusageandsafeworkingpractices.
Ensureproperhandlingofadhesives, chemicals, andequipment.
Reportunsafeconditionsimmediately.
Maintainaclean, safe, andorganizedworkenvironment.
6. Client Coordination

Attendsitemeetingswithclientsandconsultants.
Explaininstallationprogressandresolvetechnicalqueries.
Obtainstage-wiseapprovalsduringexecution.
Assistinfinalinspectionsandprojecthandover.
7. Documentation
Maintainaccurateprojectrecordsincluding:
Daily Progress Reports
Lab our Attendance
Material Consumpti on Reports
Equipment Maintenance Records
Installati on Checklists

Completi on Reports
As-built Measurements
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineeringpreferred.
ITIorequivalenttechnicalqualificationwithrelevantexperiencewillalsobeconsidered.
Experience
0-3 yearsofexperienceinsportssurfaceinstallation, civilconstruction, orrelatedinfrastructureprojects.

Skills Required
