📍 Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (On-Site)
💼 Experience: 0-1 Years
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, English, or a related field
Key Roles & Responsibilities
🔹 Technical Documentation – Develop, write, and edit user manuals, SOPs, technical reports, product datasheets, and installation/maintenance guides.
🔹 Certification Support – Prepare technical documentation for Type Certification and CEMILAC certification.
🔹 Instructional Content – Create instructional videos to support user understanding of operating procedures.
🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with engineering, design, and product teams to gather accurate technical information.
🔹 Content Simplification – Translate complex technical concepts into clear, easy-to-understand content for manuals and knowledge bases.
🔹 Web & Knowledge Content – Create content for websites, blogs, and knowledge bases as required.
🔹 Quality & Consistency – Review and proofread content to ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy across all documentation.
🔹 Version Control – Maintain document version control and manage timely updates.
Required Technical Skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
✔ Experience with documentation tools (Confluence, MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker)
✔ Working knowledge of video editing applications
✔ Ability to interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, and specifications
✔ Strong understanding of technical domains such as aerospace, electronics, software, manufacturing, and quality
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred / Desirable Experience
⭐ Experience in the UAV, aerospace, or embedded systems domain
⭐ Familiarity with regulatory documentation (DGCA certification scheme) and standards such as JSS, ISO, and AS
⭐ Working knowledge of basic CAD drawings and schematics
⭐ Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
