BrightCHAMPS is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tech Support Intern to join our technology team!
If you are a recent graduate with a background in Computer Science, B.Tech, BCA, Engineering, or related fields and have knowledge of SQL and troubleshooting, this opportunity is for you.
What you will work on:
✅ Troubleshooting application and technical issues
✅ Writing SQL queries and analyzing data
✅ Understanding APIs, logs, and debugging processes
✅ Working with Developers and QA teams
✅ Investigating issues and finding solutions
✅ Documenting technical problems and resolutions
Who can apply?
🎓 Recent graduates from:
Computer Science
B.Tech / BE
BCA / MCA
Engineering or related fields
Skills required:
✔ Basic SQL knowledge
