Tech Project Management Office Intern Intern
I'm looking for a "Tech PMO Intern" to join my team in Gurgaon.
Here's the honest pitch: This role is coordination, follow-up and reporting. It is also the single fastest way I know to understand how enterprise technology actually gets delivered — because you'll see every project, every stakeholder and every reason things slip.
You'll own trackers, prepare the status reports leadership reads, chase deliverables across IT, Product, Operations, Finance and vendors and run the meeting follow-ups. Real projects, real stakes.
I'm looking for someone organised, direct and genuinely proactive - the person who notices a deadline is at risk before anyone flags it.
3–6 months | ₹15,000–25,000/month (As per industry standard) | Work from Office, Gurgaon | Extendable on performance
Pursuing or just finished CS, IT, Engineering or BBA/MBA. Send me your CV at [contact shared on WhatsApp] with a few lines on something you've coordinated — a project, a fest, a team effort — and what you personally kept on track.
Please share with anyone who'd be a fit.

Interview advice
Going for this role at Bajaj Capital? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Before you go in, list the top three things this job asks for and prepare one concrete example for each — then tie every answer back to them.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
