Chessbrainz is looking for a Tech Operations & Manual Testing Intern to join our team in Ghatkopar West, Mumbai.
๐ Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual testing of web/mobile applications and report bugs.
Create and execute test cases, regression, and functional testing.
Monitor application performance and support technical operations.
Maintain QA documentation, reports, and operational SOPs.
Assist with data migration and product release activities.

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at Chessbrainz? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos โ a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally โ it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something โ say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions โ Situation, Task, Action, Result โ so your story stays clear and short.
