The more I work with children and teachers, the more I believe that reimagining school also requires us to rethink the role of a teacher.

At Micro Leaps, we’re building classrooms where children gradually learn to lead their own learning, working at their own pace, setting goals, using technology, taking on projects, and making choices.

In a classroom like this, teachers become more than instructors. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘴, 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘴, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘯 𝘥𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘱 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘧𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨.

We’re still discovering what this can look like in practice. We experiment, reflect, learn, and try again and that is what makes this journey exciting.

💰 Stipend: ₹6,000–₹7,000 per month
