You will get real experience on mentoring the students and managing the classroom.

If you can keep underprivileged students motivated and engaged in an open environment, formal employees would know that you have excellent management.

2. Adaptive lesson planning

You will learn to teach students who hail from different backgrounds, ages and different learning speeds simultaneously.

If you can learn this skill, you will be more valuable and stand out in applying for International and private schools.

3. Resourcefulness and creativity

Since Street schools have limited resources, you have to design teaching material from scratch.

This shows the employee that you can teach the students effectively without relying on expensive material.
