Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1+ Years in Recruitment (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Source and screen candidates through various job portals and social media platforms
✅ Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process end-to-end
✅ Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
✅ Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
✅ Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment is preferred
✔ Strong sourcing and screening skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
