Xperteez Technology is looking for motivated and proactive individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment & Hiring Operations.
📍 Location: Remote / Work From Home
⏳ Duration: 1–3 Months
💰 Compensation: Performance-Based Incentives
🔎 What You’ll Do
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals & professional networks
- Screen and validate candidate profiles based on hiring requirements
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups & candidate communication
- Work with recruitment referral partners
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Support IT & Non-IT hiring requirements
- Assist with recruitment operations, scheduling & reporting
- Gain exposure to ATS platforms and real-world hiring processes
- Support employer outreach and lead-generation activities
🎯 Who Can Apply?
- MBA/BBA students, graduates or recent graduates
- Interested in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Business Operations
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email & professional communication channels
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/productivity tools is preferred
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Laptop, smartphone & stable internet connection required
