Going for the HR role at MillionCXO? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:

• Be ready to talk through how you would handle a real people situation, and to show why discretion and clear communication matter in the role.
• Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
• Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
• Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
• Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
