THE ROLE
This is a hands-on internship in talent acquisition. You’ll help turn business needs into job posts, leverage AI tools to find candidates, and support the full hiring cycle. Great exposure to recruitment strategy and vendor coordination.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
✅ Assist in interpreting business requirements to craft effective job descriptions
✅ Leverage AI tools to streamline candidate sourcing and screening processes
✅ Support core recruitment activities – interviewing and candidate communication
✅ Coordinate with external vendors and manage their performance in the hiring pipeline
✅ Help track recruitment metrics using project management software
✅ Participate in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
