What You'll Do:
✅ Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
✅ Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
✅ Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
✅ Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
✅ Learn the complete recruitment lifecycle from experienced recruiters

What We're Looking For:
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Strong willingness to learn and grow in recruitment
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Workspace is a plus
✔ Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
