What You'll Be Doing
📌 Drive Interview Coordination: Manage interview scheduling from start to finish while ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
🤝 Enhance the Candidate Journey: Deliver a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
📅 Collaborate with Hiring Teams: Work closely with recruiters, technical interviewers, and hiring managers to coordinate interview panels and timelines.
📊 Support Recruitment Operations: Maintain hiring data, update recruitment trackers, and contribute to reporting and talent acquisition analytics.
Who We're Looking For
✔ A strong interest in building a long-term career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
✔ Prior exposure to interview scheduling, recruitment coordination, or hiring operations is an added advantage.
✔ Candidates currently based in Bangalore and available to work from the office.
✔ Excellent communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Interview advice
Going for the HR role at Quantiphi? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Be ready to talk through how you would handle a real people situation, and to show why discretion and clear communication matter in the role.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
