Key Responsibilities:
• Assistinsourcingcandidatesthroughjobportals, Linked In, socialmedia, andinternaldatabases.
- Screenresumesandshortlistcandidatesbasedonrolerequirements.
- Coordinateandscheduleinterviewsbetweencandidatesandhiringmanagers.
- Supportcampushiringdrives, internships, andplacementprocesses.
- Maintaincandidatedataandtrackprogressintherecruitmentfunnel.
- Provideadministrativesupportto the TAteamasrequired.
Requirements:
• Currentlypursuingorrecentlycompletedadegree in HR, Management, orrelatedfield.
