At Paytm, we are looking for enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Interns to support our hiring and candidate experience processes.
Role: Talent Acquisition Intern
📍 Location: Noida
⏳ Duration: 3 Months
🏢 Mode: Work from Office (5 days a week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Outreach: Use Linkedin Recruiter, Boolean searches, and job boards to identify potential candidates
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial calls.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and professional interview journey
- Scheduling: Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers across time zones
- Employer Branding: Support content creation for Linkedin and careers page
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Interview advice
Going for the HR role at Paytm? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Be ready to talk through how you would handle a real people situation, and to show why discretion and clear communication matter in the role.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
