GoAIRm is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who wants hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and talent management.

We’re building an AI-powered recruitment platform that helps companies hire faster by automating candidate sourcing, interviewing, and shortlisting.
🎯 What You’ll Do
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Support end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.
Experiment with AI tools to make hiring smarter and faster.
✅ Who Should Apply?
Recent graduates interested in HR and recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital tools.
An interest in AI and HR technology is a plus!

Interview advice
Going for the HR role at GoAIRm? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Be ready to talk through how you would handle a real people situation, and to show why discretion and clear communication matter in the role.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
