💰 Stipend: Paid Internship
⏳ Duration: 6 Months

What You’ll Work On:
• Candidate sourcing & screening
• LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed & other job portal recruitment
• CV screening and initial candidate assessment
• Candidate coordination & follow-ups
• Interview scheduling
• Recruitment tracking & database management
• End-to-end Non-IT recruitment across multiple industries
• Achieving recruitment targets & ensuring quality hiring

🔎 What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Good sourcing and screening skills
• Knowledge of Boolean Search & Naukri is preferred
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
