🔹 Talent Acquisition Intern – 3-month internship with a potential placement opportunity
🔹 Talent Acquisition Executive – Full-time opportunity for candidates with 0–1 year of experience.
📍 Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune
🏢 Mode: Work from Office

What You'll Do

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals & social media
• Screen resumes based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Coordinate interviews with candidates & hiring managers
• Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment databases
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist with JD creation & job postings
• Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives

Who Can Apply?

• MBA (HR) / BBA (HR) candidates
• Freshers are welcome!
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
• Genuine interest in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
