- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals & other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Communicate with candidates and manage follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Assist with job postings and recruitment campaigns
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Assist the HR team in day-to-day Talent Acquisition activities
