What we’re looking for:
✅ 2–6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
✅ Hands-on experience with Naukri.com and candidate sourcing.
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through Naukri and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and support end-to-end hiring.
