- Maintainaccuraterecruitmentdataandtrackersusing Excel.
- Ensureapositivecandidateexperiencethroughoutthehiringprocess.
- Followupwithcandidatesandvendorstodriveclosures.
- Adheretorecruitmenttimelinesandhiringtargets.

Interview advice
Going for the HR role at HexawareTechnologies? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
