Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
✔ Source and hire talent for semiconductor and VLSI roles
✔ Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders
✔ Screen, assess, and engage candidates throughout the hiring process
✔ Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
✔ Ensure a positive candidate experience
What We're Looking For:
✅ Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
✅ Understanding of semiconductor/VLSI hiring requirements
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
