Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive (Pure Recruitment)
Location: Corporate Headquarters, Goregaon, Mumbai (Open to relocation)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Up to ₹30,000 Per Month (Open for the right candidate) + Target-Based Incentives
About the Role DGS Group is seeking highly driven Talent Acquisition Executives for our Goregaon office. This is a recruitment role with zero HR operations. We are looking for resilient individuals with a strong hustle who can thrive in a cool pressure and soft work environment. Your core focus will be to close positions rapidly and earn heavy incentives based on successful joiners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle focusing strictly on sourcing, screening and building solid interview pipelines.
Hire for diverse and critical departments including Real Estate Sales, CRM, Civil, Marketing, Legal, Liasoning, Quality, Safety, Engineering, Construction and many more.
Meet and exceed eazy daily and weekly hiring targets to unlock performance incentives.
Coordinate with HR head to understand manpower requirements and deliver profiles with quick turnaround times.
