At ATAIN we are hiring for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Support Team in Gurugram.
We are excited to share that we are hiring for our Recruitment/Sourcing Team based in Gurugram. We are looking for passionate individuals with up to 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment, including exposure to bulk hiring for Non-IT and BPO roles, particularly for customer support profiles.

Interview advice
Going for the HR role at Atain? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Be ready to talk through how you would handle a real people situation, and to show why discretion and clear communication matter in the role.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
