We are looking for motivated individuals to join us as Freelance Talent Acquisition Associates.

Location: Remote — India
Experience: Freshers and experienced applicants may apply
Markets: Germany, United Kingdom and wider EMEA region
Hiring areas: Technical and non-technical roles
Working hours: Flexible

You will learn and support:
• Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn and professional communities
• CV screening and initial candidate assessment
• Writing candidate outreach messages
• Building talent pipelines
• Interview coordination
• Recruitment for international markets

We are looking for applicants with:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A genuine interest in recruitment
• Good research and internet-search abilities
• The ability to work independently
• A proactive and consistent approach
• Availability to work during flexible hours

Compensation structure:
The opportunity will initially operate on a success-fee basis. Payment will be made when a candidate sourced by the recruiter is successfully selected and joins the client organisation. Consistent performers may later be considered for a fixed monthly or full-time opportunity, depending on results and business requirements.
