- Support testing, validation & optimization activities
- Analyze requirements & recommend improvements

*Customer Support*
- Resolve client issues & support requests
- Troubleshoot & debug existing systems
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets & incidents
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels

*Reporting & Documentation*
- Prepare weekly & monthly status reports
- Maintain project documentation & repositories
- Generate MIS reports on time
- Support knowledge transfer & project tracking

*Required Skills:*
