Key Responsibilities
Wearelookingforamotivated B. Sc.fresherstojoin our L 1 Supportteamforacriticalproject. Youwillplayakeyroleinensuring 24/7 systemavailability, monitoringapplicationhealth, andprovidingfirst-levelsupporttoresolveissuesinadynamicenvironment.
Key Responsibilities
• 24/7 Support: Activelyparticipatein a 24/7 rotationalshiftmodeltoensureseamlesssupportcoverage.
- Incident Monitoring: Monitorcoresoftwareplatformsandfollowestablishedprocessestotrackanddocumentincidents.
- Problem-Solving: Utilizeanalyticalskillstoinvestigatetechnicalissues, performtroubleshooting, andconductbasicrootcauseanalysis(RCA).
- Communication: Maintainfluentverbalandwrittencommunicationwithinternalstakeholderstoprovidetimelyupdatesonticketstatus.
- Collaboration: Workcloselywiththeteamtoimplementsolutionsanddrivereliabilityimprovementsforsoftwaresystems.
Candidate Requirements
• Education: B. Sc.degree(orequivalent).
- Skills:
- Strongproblem-solvingandanalyticalcapabilitieswithhighattentiontodetail.
- Basicknowledge of Linuxanddatabasemanagement.
- Basicprogrammingknowledgetounderstandcodeexecutionandassistwithdebugging.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel(Basictointermediate).
- Familiaritywithorwillingnesstolearntoolssuc has JIRA, Confluence, Service Now, Splunk, Zabbix, or Grafana.
- Soft Skills:
- Fluent in English(writtenandverbal).
- Independent, self-motivated, andhighlyorganized.
