🚀 Hiring | Supply Chain Management Executive

Procurement isn’t just about buying materials - it’s about keeping production moving.

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Management (SCM) Executive who can take ownership of procurement, vendor coordination, material planning, and supplier performance in a manufacturing environment.

📍 Location: Pune
🏢 Department: Supply Chain Management
💼 Experience: 0–5 years | Manufacturing experience preferred
🕒 Employment: Full-time

What you’ll be responsible for
• Source, evaluate and onboard vendors for raw materials, packaging and consumables
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules
• Raise and track Purchase Orders (POs) against production requirements
• Monitor vendor performance across quality, cost and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with Production & Planning teams on material requirements
• Maintain healthy inventory levels and help prevent stock-outs
• Resolve supplier quality and delivery issues
• Maintain procurement records, vendor agreements and documentation
• Identify alternate suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
• Support procurement compliance, GRN, invoice and related processes

Who we’re looking for
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
✔ 0–5 years of procurement/vendor management experience
✔ Manufacturing exposure is preferred
✔ Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
✔ Working knowledge of SAP, Tally, Zoho or similar ERP/inventory systems and MS Excel
✔ Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills
✔ Ability to work with production timelines and handle urgent procurement requirements
