Key Responsibilities

Vendor & Partner Management

Support purchasing activities, supplier sourcing, contract coordination, and

cost-reduction initiatives

Assist in building scalable procurement and sourcing processes aligned with

business growth

Work with vendors based on defined KPIs (cost, quality, delivery)Help maintain supplier relationships and support quality review processes

Logistics & Warehousing

Coordinate with freight, shipping partners, warehousing, and last-mile delivery

teams

Assist in optimizing logistics routes, timelines, and operational costs

Inventory & Asset Management

Support inventory tracking across sales, rentals, demos, and field deployments

through IMS

Help monitor stock levels to avoid stock-outs, excess inventory, and asset

mismanagement

Assist in managing rental stock lifecycle and coordination across multiple

storage locations

Team Collaboration & Resource Planning

Work closely with operations, logistics, technicians, and demo teams for smooth

execution
