Clear My Udaan is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professional to join our growing team.

As a Student Visa Counsellor & Operations Executive, you will play a key role in guiding students through their study abroad journey while managing visa documentation and operational processes.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on study abroad options, admission processes, and visa requirements

• Manage end-to-end student visa applications and documentation

• Review and verify documents to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Coordinate with students regarding application requirements, updates, and timelines

• Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-ups

• Stay updated with visa regulations, university requirements, and industry trends

🔹 Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and document management

• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Prior experience in study abroad consultancy or visa processing is preferred

• Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
