At Skills to Career (STC), we're expanding our team for our upcoming 17 Week Data Analytics Program, and we're looking for passionate people who want to contribute to the learning journey of aspiring data professionals.
We're currently recruiting for two roles:
🔹 Student Support Data Analyst
If you enjoy mentoring and helping beginners grow, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
• Guide students during assignment sessions.
• Review assignments and provide constructive feedback.
• Support learners in understanding concepts and completing weekly tasks.
• Encourage accountability and active participation.
Requirements
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Reliable and available throughout the 17 week program.

Interview advice
Going for the Data Analyst role at Skills to Career? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Brush up SQL joins and aggregations, and be ready to walk one analysis end to end: the question you asked, the data you used, and what you found.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
