• Offline course certification from a Software Testing Institute is mandatory

• Strong understanding of Software Testing concepts
• Knowledge of API Testing is mandatory

Interview advice
Going for the QA / Tester role at AQM Technologies? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Be ready to write a few test cases on the spot and to explain what you would automate versus what you would test by hand, and why.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
