Software Developer Intern
We're #hiring a Software Developer Intern (Mobile) — Noida, On-site
NovaWealth Capital is building its mobile app — and we want a builder who ships high-quality code fast.
*The role*
You'll work directly with the founders to build our mobile app for both iOS and Android, from the ground up. This is hands-on, full-ownership work — not a "shadow a senior dev" internship. If you like seeing your code in real users' hands, you'll like it here.
*Who this is for*
- You're highly skilled, quick, and agile — you'd rather ship and iterate than over-plan
- You've built and deployed mobile apps before (personal projects count)
- You can work independently and move fast without hand-holding
*Details*
- Duration: 2 months
- Location: On-site, Noida (5 days/week from office)
- Compensation: Stipend + Certificate of Completion
- PPO: Strong performers will be offered a full-time role
- Start: Immediate
*About us*
NovaWealth Capital is a fintech startup at the intersection of financial research and education. Founded by Harsh Vardhan (SEBI-registered Research Analyst, IIT BHU, ex-Mastercard) and Apoorva Singh (ex-Microsoft, Software Developer → Product Manager).

Interview advice
Going for the Software Engineer role at NovaWealth Capital? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Revise core data structures and be ready to explain the logic in your best project line by line — interviewers care more about how you reason than which language you used.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
