We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist Intern at Pixel & Proof. 👏
Not someone who just wants to post on Instagram.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys figuring out:
What should a brand say?
Who should it say it to?
Why would someone care?
And what should we create next?
You’ll work on things like:
✔ Content strategy & calendars
✔ Content pillars and ideas
✔ Social media research
✔ Reels & storytelling
✔ Copywriting and hooks
✔ Competitor research
✔ Content performance & insights
✔ Supporting strategy for different kinds of brands
What matters to us: curiosity, good communication, research skills, internet awareness and the ability to think strategically.
You don't need to know everything.
You just need to be willing to think, learn and question why something works.

Interview advice
Going for the Marketing role at Pixel & Proof? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
