**We're hiring a Social Media Intern @ KOMPTE.**

KOMPTE is a DPIIT-recognised Sportech startup running badminton, futsal, table tennis, and running tournaments across Chandigarh, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Kolkata. We've built a community of 10,000+ players since 2022 — and we're growing fast.

Our Instagram is getting 150,000+ views a month. We need someone who can turn that reach into a real, living community.

**What you'll own:**

— Reels: shoot, edit, and post 3–4 per week from our events (action clips, behind-the-scenes, athlete moments)
— Feed: maintain a content calendar that balances event promotion with community storytelling
— Stories & highlights: keep the profile alive daily — polls, countdowns, Q&As, winner features
— Athlete spotlights: feature our tournament winners and tag them so their networks discover us
— Community: respond to comments and DMs; help us feel like a community, not a bulletin board
— Growth: experiment with hooks, CTAs, and formats and report what's working

**You're a fit if you:**

— Live and breathe Instagram — you know what makes someone stop scrolling
— Play or follow any sport (genuinely — it shows in the content)
— Can shoot decent phone video and edit in CapCut, Reels editor, or similar
— Are based in Chandigarh or can attend events occasionally
— Have a portfolio — even a personal account with good Reels counts
