What you'll be doing:
* Ideating fresh, engaging content for social media
* Assisting with content shoots and production
* Brainstorming campaign and reel ideas
* Keeping up with trends, memes, and viral formats
* Collaborating with creators and the team to bring ideas to life
We're looking for someone who:
* Lives and breathes Instagram & social media
* Has a creative mindset and isn't afraid to experiment
* Loves being behind (or in front of) the camera
* Is proactive, organized, and eager to learn

Interview advice
Going for the Marketing role at IPLIX Media? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
