- Hands-on knowledge of Canva & graphic designing
- Understanding of Instagram & Facebook Reels and algorithms
- Familiarity with CapCut, VN, InShot or similar editing tools
- Ability to create engaging Reels, posts, stories and social media creatives
- Good understanding of trends, viral content and audience engagement
- Creative thinking and strong content ideas
- Basic knowledge of social media growth and analytics
